If you email Zen, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, name and question. Messages and replies are processed through our email services. A phone conversation is arranged separately by email, with separate phone/SMS permission. If you include a timing preference, it is not a booking. Individualized help depends on your state and availability.
An educational question, including about existing protection, or a request to investigate options does not require a conversation or a buying decision. A conversation request does not confirm a booking, and requesting a comparison does not mean prices have already been prepared or sent.
The protection workbench uses your choices, optional insurance-payment preferences and general note to display explanations during the current session. They are not interpreted by AI or automatically added to an email. Stop resets the workbench's current answers, preferences, note, draft and example choices; reloading starts over. Printing, saving or manually copying can leave copies on your device, clipboard or backups. If you deliberately copy selected wording or preferences into an email and send it, they become part of your message, handled through the existing email service. Clearing the workbench does not delete those messages or copies. The request-access, retention and deletion practices in this policy apply. Netlify hosting and other website services may process technical visit and session information, including diagnostic, security and performance information. This is not a promise of anonymity or device erasure.
Do not submit application, identity, health, payment, eligibility, or other sensitive information through ordinary email. This includes:
